RL-422S-IM is the syringe type flux with special characteristics i.e. need no cleaning, easy to solder which has no resistance, no conductivity and even no needed to repair. In addition the activity becomes higher due to the presence of 2 needles with push rod that is cost free. This flux is advanced and improved, due to that it's well-known for BGA lead-free flux, advanced BGA flux , BGA halogen-free flux which include lead-free environment friendly also with high purity and strong activity.
The syringe design in this flux leads welding not to be wasteful, more precise, and the sealing plug can be reused many times after use. Since the thinness is good with good wettability, and the application is more even, it is suitable for welding on metals such as: general instruments, meters, tubes, tin, iron, etc.
After reflow, very little residue remains with light color, no corrosion, high impedance, high purity, and long-lasting viscosity, so the solder joints become more bright after soldering. The range of applications is wide and it is mostly used for sensor, wire, SMT repair, circuit welding, tablet phone computer repair, home appliance repair, etc. For performing different tasks, it is widely use such as: repairing and desoldering, component welding, phone Repair, mobile phone chip welding, appliance Repair etc.
Two kinds of needles are used here: black and green needle. Black needle has outer diameter of 13mm and inner diameter of 0.72 or 1 mm, and the green needle has 13mm Outer diameter and the inner diameter is from 0.85mm to 1.2 mm The length is 110 mm and the breadth is 32 mm. Measurement of push rod is 92mm. It has gross weight of 24g/ set and the package size is 185*70mm/ set.
There are some steps for usage but way to use is only the method, please decide according to the actual situation.Firstly, turn counterclockwise to open the cap then rotate it into clockwise direction and install the needle . Secondly, open the bottom cover, but the white rubber plug in the syringe cannot be removed. Finally, attach the push rod and you are ready to use.
